ADELAIDE

Adelaide

Come to Laneway Festival Adelaide and you’ll find the best of the city’s local food producers and restaurants. Burger Theory is the first in line with their free range, hormone free, locally sourced burgers ready for your consumption. Not only are the burgers delicious but the company itself operates with a net profit ceiling of 15% to ensure pricing remains in check, with a profit sharing arrangement in place with staff if that ceiling is ever displaced. You can also get behind tasty Argentinean grill brought to you by Chimichurri, fresh seasonal fruit blocks by Sunshine Ice Blocks, traditional Cambodian beef and chicken rolls from the mobile trucks of Phat Buddha Rolls and a taste of authentic Mexican cuisine from TacoCat and La Cantina Co.

BRISBANE

Brisbane

In Brisbane, we are treated to the goods. Authentic homemade Greek street food by Greek Street Grill & Kantina, wholesome Venezuelan food from Fiery Deli, flavoursome and rich Italian from Mangia Mangia and Pizzantica and fresh vegetarian by Govindas. The list continues on with authentic German sausages brought to you by Brat Haus, succulent corn on the cob and vegetarian nachos from Sweethearts, Boost Juice, Phatboys Food Truck, Puerto Taco and Brisbane Showgrounds outlets, Burger Royale, Lemongrass and Golden Crispy.

SYDNEY

Sydney 900x600

Laneway Festival Sydney tastes even sweeter with the addition of everyone’s favourite bespoke gelato store, Gelato Messina and the Jerusalem street desserts of Knafeh within the grounds of the SCA. Festival goers will also be spoiled with choice in the meat market with an array of options to choose from: the quality smoked treats of LP’s Quality Meats, Mary’s infamous burgers, traditional Argentinean BBQ by Porteno, Mexican feasts from Playa Taqueria, Yulli’s mix of vegan friendly South-East Asian and Mediterranean cuisines and Sydney’s finest seafood brought to you by Salmon and Bear and Oysters Unplugged.

MELBOURNE

Melbourne

Our culinary capital, Melbourne won’t disappoint in the food department either. Mr Miyagi’s got a different take on Japanese food and he’s bringing it to our festival as our feature restaurant partner in 2016. BeatBox Kitchen will also be there with their dreamy stereo sauce and cone-shaped fries, Burn City Smokers and their beef short ribs and Chillbro Paletas with their anything-on-a-stick menu. Other food outlets include Taco Truck, Slice Girls West, Franklins Classic American, Gelato Messina, Gyoza Records, Juanita Peaches, Kaisers Sausages, Mr Calamaro, Nuocmarnas, Rice and Dice, and a whole lot more.

FREMANTLE

Fremantle

Punters will be delighted by the incredible range of food vendors at the festival’s end in Fremantle. Catering collective and local favourites Old Faithful Bar & BBQ and Clarences are joining forces to bring you ‘Heads Will Roll’, a southern style pop-up restaurant and cook-off. Northbridge eatery Lucky Chan’s Laundry & Noodle Bar will feature classic Chinese dishes and Braised Bros offer a selection of slow-cooked meats. The Freo boys behind Wassup Dog deliver the classic New York hot dog with a twist, Comido do Sul bring their Brazilian vibes and La Paleta return with their all natural tasty Mexican style ice treats.
