Chimichurri Grill brings top quality Argentinian grill to the streets! Tender scotch fillet steak with their signature chimichurri sauce and local handmade chorizo are just some of the delicious offerings. This locally loved food truck is a family business that prides itself on delivering consistent, top quality, tasty food to every customer.
The classic Chimichurri steak is cooked sous vide style and topped with their homemade traditional Argentinean sauce. You can rest assured that each steak you have at Chimichurri Grill will be cooked to perfection, bursting with juice and flavour.
PHAT BUDDHA ROLLS
The Phat Buddha Rolls story begins with a mixture of Cambodian culture and flavours, accompanied by the desire to see customers leave with a smile as infectious and happy as Buddha himself. The trademark Phat Buddha beef and chicken are marinated at least 24 hours prior to cooking and infused in lemongrass, traditional herbs, spices and sauces. These flavours are balanced with freshly grown salads and a homemade creamy sauce. These guys wouldn’t be Buddhist without their Vegetarian Lemongrass Zucchini rolls infused with traditional herbs, salads and creamy sauce (non-dairy of course). These amazing delights are made fresh daily, and rolled on the premises.
TacoCat credits its vision to the abundant food truck culture in North America, and its menu’s inspiration to the fresh flavours of South America.After humble beginnings - TacoCat trialled recipes amongst family and friends - a trip to Mexico and continual edible research, TacoCat fine-tuned its techniques and menu to provide a top notch catering option. RED LIME SHACK
Often described as ‘the Port community hub’, Red Lime Shack take whole food, and intelligently construct it to energise the body and lift the mind. Locally sourced, made from scratch, for vibrant people. It’s all dairy free, vegan and delicious. Red Lime Shack use organic Campos Specialty coffee and Biodynamic Paris Creek milk, Bonsoy and organic almond and coconut milks.
Francesco’s Cicchetti is a full blown Italian family affair, bringing authentic Venetian Street Food to Adelaide, with a twist. They offer either a vegan or vegetarian spin on popular traditional recipes to create a special kind of“Venetian Soul Food.” Their passion for whole, unprocessed food means that they make everything from scratch, sourcing the freshest local, sustainable and organic ingredients. Some of their most popular dishes include Pumpkin, Pesto & Salted Ricotta Vegan Lasagna, Adelaide Hills Mushroom Risotto, Organic Italian Salads and their famous Venetian Tapas-style Tasting Platters.
Papa’s Gourmet Hotdogs cook delicious and classic made-to-order German style hotdogs! Build your hotdog your way from a choice of tasty bread rolls, locally produced premium sausages, lush toppings and gourmet sauces. All the sausages are hand-made, including the Bratwurst, Wanyu Beef, and of course, the Kransky. Papa’s also provides a wide variety of options including the choice of 6 different toppings. Make sure you visit their van - known to locals as The Silver Bullet - for the best hotdog on the streets.
Along with Daisy’s burgers comes a funky vintage style and a passion for food good. They provide a quick, tasty and satisfying burger love experience. Boasting a delicious menu that caters to all vegetarian/GF diets and includes two big festival favourites; the Crispy Bacon and Cheese Beef Burger and Classic Cheeseburger. Delicious and affordable, Daisy’s Burger works with local South Australian suppliers and ensures their packaging is sustainable and plant-based. Tasty and ethical!
Sookii LaLa made it out of the jungles and slums of Southeast Asia to serve their amazing food on a street corner near you! Their colourful van sells a wide selection of Cambodian, Vietnamese and Thai Food.
Sunshine Ice Blocks
Sunshine Ice Blocks are passionate about eating well, and we believe you can have a great tasting treat that’s good for you too. They take fresh, seasonal produce straight from the farmer, create delicious flavour combinations, freeze and serve. Pretty simple really –just a whole lot of delicious icy goodness on a stick.
Sunshine ice blocks contain only the good stuff - they use the whole fruit (not just the juice) and they place a priority on using organic or pesticide free produce. You won’t find any artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, additives or reconstituted juice here. Everything is gluten free, with little to no added sugar, and we offer a variety of vegan options.
